a complimentary bottle of wine was provided in the room. the room also included a toiletries pack, toothbrushes and toothpaste. staff gave us bottles of water upon arrival.
I found parking difficult. I had to park two streets away and i had my child with me.

minor issues detracted from the stay
faulty hairdryershower curtain
the bathroom lacked a proper shower, just a bathtub with no curtain! this meant water splashed all over the floor after each shower. the hairdryer also didn't work well, inconvenient. i also noticed that the coffee machine in the breakfast room was not cleaned properly.

the room was small, it measured about 8.5ft wide. the bathroom shower dribbled water. it was easier to do my hair in the sink, frankly. breakfast finished early, it was only 8.30 and they refused to refill items.

Aidana was at reception. She helped me with city tips. The room was big. I also enjoyed prosecco on arrival at the piano bar. Breakfast was excellent. Ivan and the catering staff were friendly. Room cleaning was good.
